Our skin treatments

Which skin treatments do we offer?

We offer facials, chemical peels, microneedling and laser-based skin treatments, each matched to a concern such as acne, pigmentation or fine lines. After your skin analysis, Esra recommends one treatment or a combined course.

HydraFacial

A three-step Vortex-Fusion facial that cleanses, extracts and hydrates in one visit. It suits congested pores, blackheads, uneven tone, fine lines and skin tired from Dubai's heat and pollution, with zero downtime afterwards.

Repeat every 4–6 weeks · Downtime none

Medical facial

A clinical facial using medical-grade products chosen after your skin analysis. Each medical facial targets one main concern, such as breakouts, pigmentation, sensitivity or early ageing, rather than following a standard spa routine.

Chemical peels

Chemical peels use acids to remove dull surface cells and encourage fresh, even skin. We use TCA peels or bio-peels, chosen case by case for your skin type and concern, from a light glow to pigmentation and acne marks.

Acne treatment

Acne treatment at Laser & More combines in-clinic care, such as medical facials, peels and carbon laser facials, with a home routine. For acne scars, Dermapen microneedling can be added once active breakouts are under control.

Pigmentation treatment

Dark spots, sun damage, melasma and marks left after acne are common in Dubai's strong sun. We identify the type of pigmentation first, then build a gradual plan of peels, facials and daily sun protection to even out your tone.

Skin rejuvenation

Skin rejuvenation treatments stimulate collagen to improve firmness, texture and radiance. Depending on your skin, your plan may include microneedling, laser rejuvenation and hydrating facials, spaced out over several weeks.

Anti-aging treatments

Our anti-aging treatments address fine lines, loss of elasticity and dull, tired skin without surgery. Skin treatments can be combined with anti-wrinkle injections or fillers from our DHA-licensed doctor, Dr. Bahar, for a complete plan.

Carbon laser facial

A thin carbon mask is applied, then laser pulses lift it away to deep-clean pores and reduce oiliness. Often called a Hollywood peel, it leaves skin brighter and smoother, which makes it popular before events.

Dermapen microneedling

Dermapen microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin to trigger your natural collagen production. It is used to refine texture, acne scars, enlarged pores and fine lines over a course of sessions.

Soft Light laser

Soft Light is a gentle laser facial that brightens skin and softens the look of fine facial hair. It is a quick session, suited to anyone who wants a fresh glow without peeling or redness.

How does a HydraFacial work?

A HydraFacial uses Vortex-Fusion technology to clean, exfoliate and hydrate the skin in three steps during a single session. It is recommended every 4–6 weeks for ongoing results, and there is zero downtime, so you can return to work or plans straight after.

STEP 01

Cleanse + Peel

Gentle exfoliation lifts away dead surface cells and uncovers fresh skin.

STEP 02

Extract + Hydrate

Gentle vortex suction clears congested pores and blackheads, while hydrating serums replenish the skin.

STEP 03

Fuse + Protect

Antioxidants and peptides are infused to help protect skin from heat and pollution.

Choosing a treatment

Which skin treatment is best for acne?

It depends on whether you have active breakouts or acne scars. Active acne usually responds to medical facials, peels or carbon laser facials, while scars are treated with Dermapen microneedling.

Your specialist will check your skin type and acne severity at a skin analysis before recommending a plan.

How often should I get a HydraFacial?

We recommend a HydraFacial every 4–6 weeks. There is zero downtime, so it fits easily into a busy routine.

Regular sessions help keep pores clear and skin hydrated, especially in Dubai's heat and humidity.

Can skin treatments remove pigmentation and melasma?

Skin treatments can fade dark spots and even out skin tone over a course of sessions, but results vary and melasma can return.

Daily SPF and a consistent home routine are essential to protect your results in the UAE sun.

Safety & aftercare

Is there downtime after skin treatments?

It depends on the treatment. HydraFacial has zero downtime. Microneedling redness can last a few days, sometimes up to a week; light peels may cause redness and flaking for 1–7 days, and medium peels typically need 7–14 days.

We'll tell you what to expect and how to care for your skin before you book.

Are skin treatments safe for darker skin?

Yes, when the treatment and strength are chosen for your skin type. Darker skin can be more prone to pigment changes, so we adjust peels and settings accordingly.

Settings are matched to your skin and adjusted from session to session.

Who carries out skin treatments at Laser & More?

Skin treatment plans are led by Esra Moghimi, our Skin Specialist & Consultant, supported by our nurse and laser specialists.

Injectables are performed separately by DHA-licensed doctor Dr. Bahar.
