What happens at a men's laser session?
A men's laser session starts with a skin check and a quick trim or shave of any missed patches. You wear laser-safe glasses while your specialist treats the area section by section with cooling on every pulse, then applies a soothing product and SPF. You can go straight back to work.

Who treats male clients?
Laser treatment for male clients is carried out by Abdullah, our male laser specialist, one-to-one in a private room. Female specialists are also available for the beard and neck areas, so just tell us your preference when you book.
Preparation & aftercare
Can I go to the gym after laser hair removal?
Skip the gym, steam room and swimming pool for 48 hours after laser. Heat and sweat can irritate freshly treated follicles and cause redness or bumps. Before your session, shave the area 12–24 hours ahead, including your back if someone can help.
